A wonderful appliance. Comes with 2 sets of blades, easy to clean, compact, has it's own case, PERFECTO!

Buy this product because you deserve the best, and stop buying those cheap mixers. This one is compact; has a case for easy storage, and comes with 2 different styles of blades. A very versatile appliance, you can do everything you need to do to mix, blend and Beat It! Just Beat It! This is the mixer that is perfect for apartment living, as well as for those who just want a reliable, basic appliance that is easy to store in a small place. There is nothing to scatter and hunt when all you want to do is mix!!

Certainly adequate for the price.

So, the spouse's mixer died and she sends me to buy a new one. She wanted one with a retractable cord, but I only found two and one was only 18 inches long. Her dead mixer's cord did not retract the last foot anyhow. This one has a cord about 60 inches and should be quite adequate to reach your outlet. At this point, the mixer has performed as it should. I would presume Mr. Puck does not want to impugn his name be selling nonfunctional items. They all are manufactured in the same country anyhow. This is a low end priced product suitable for the average home cooking needs. Fancy smancy cookers would probably purchase a much more costly line at more than I could afford to spend.
The mixer arrived quite promptly and well-packed.
The only problem I have with the product is that it reeks, as is usual for soft products from the country of origin, of, perhaps, toxic insecticide. The spouse is "airing it out," but that just means that, whatever the substance is, it is getting into our household air. I would suggest washing the bag (not with your clothing), tossing the instructions, and leaving the mixer to "air" in the garage a couple weeks.
This is a first stage report. Should we encounter any problems at all within a year, I will post an update.

Per the warranty, I called their customer service number to report a defective beater on the product. The customer service team said that I needed to send an email to wpproductions@fox-international.com for support. Sent an email and 9 days later still had no response. Called the customer service team. They said that they can't help me because they don't have a part to send. The warranty clearly says that the company will replace defective parts, but that is not happening and the customer service team WILL NOT escalate my issue to the appropriate person nor will they give me contact information for the appropriate person to escalate the case myself.

My wife bought this for me as a Christmas gift. The lowest speed is just a bit overpowered as it tends to fling liquids out of the bowl when on the first setting. Also, after 6 weeks of use, one of the mixers broke...it would spin freely instead of being tightly attached to the post that goes into the mixer. I'm on with customer service now and they can't find the part to be replaced. Now I get to wait up to a week to see if the mixer will be replaced or just the mixing blades.

I hate waiting.
